Stepping out of the huge car out into the muggy air of a typical Seattle day is not my idea of a great way to start the day. Especially when I have a nervous stomach for the fact that it is my first day in collage. I sighed and move to the back of the monster my parents call a car I opened the trunk to see all my worldly possessions that I deemed necessary to keep in my life.
"Logan! Get your shit out my car before I beat your ass to a bloody pulp!" My father (shuddering at using the word) threw a large book out the window after I got all my boxes out of the car. I ran to do a nose dive for the book before it crashed on the wet ground. Luckily I caught it and breathed a sigh of relief until he said. "Heath will be bringing your car around tomorrow! Goodbye and good ridence!" He stepped on the grass and sped away while my evil witch I call my step-mother cackled off into the distance.
"Yeah, go to hell father." I muttered and got up to get my boxes to head inside my dorm building.
"Hey! Let me help you out man!" A voice cried out from behind me while I was picking my heaviest box up. The man who said it grabbed the box and helped keep it up. I shifted my other hand under the box and finally got a good hold of it and grinned.
"Thanks."
"Not a problem, where's your heaviest box, I need a work out and helping the new kid is a good way." He grinned at me. I looked at him and sized him up, white, blue eyes, big muscles, yeah football jock.
"Here you go." I said and moved the box into his ready to carry arms. He fell right on his ass and made a groaning noise.
"What the hell you got in here man? Bricks?!" He screamed and I moved the box off him and opened it up.
"Even better, books." True enough I had every book I owned which back in my home town was enough to fill the entire fiction section of the libery.
"Fuck....well I'm gonna get some more my friends to help." Two other football kids came over and picked up other boxes on command. They helped me to my dorm which I found out by the smell of bad choline and too much perfume was co-ed. The football kids told me there names and said things about the women walking past us that made me want to sock them. But I just smiled. After dropping my stuff off in my room the lead guy who's name was Gary came up and said "There is gonna be a party tonight around eight, wanta come?"
"Sure, why not." I smiled and said later to them. I started to unpack my stuff and setting up posters all around my side of the room, they mostly consisted of band posters of Linkin Park, Simple Plan, and Flyleaf. Hey, I like rock, so sue me. The others consisted of cool poster art of books and images that I printed off of Deviantart and Photobucket.

But my feelings for you are
Forever

Thank you very much.

Never fight for yourself, always fight for someone else.

Pain is a double edged sword, you will be bloody and you will start to die, but your resolve to live gets much stronger.

Does this deafening silence mean nothing, to no one, but me?
